What building requirements apply?
Ask Kristi for the current development documents and lot-specific requirements. Your builder should confirm setbacks, home requirements, permits, and any approval process before construction.
What should I ask about the lake and HOA?
Request current HOA information, dues, and the rules and access rights that apply to the lake and common areas. Aerial photos show the neighborhood setting; they do not establish rights for a particular lot.
